Meet Your Coach- Alexis Eaker

WHO AM I?

First and foremost I am a believer who loves to spend time with friends and family if not binging on the latest health education. I love spending time traveling and exploring the outdoors with my husband and pup. My happy place is behind a sound board whether that is in my home church or helping out at events around the region.

Most importantly I am just like you. I don’t pretend to be perfect, and please don’t put me on a pedestal— I’m clumsy and will likely fall. BUT through my own journey I’ve come to learn so much about the body, soul, and spirit from both natural and spiritual standpoints, and it’s time to use that experience to help those around me live more fulfilling lives.

Professionally, I’m a certified Naturopathy Practitioner, and I’m also working on my certification as a Functional Diagnostic Health Practioner(coming August 2025). I believe that caring for our bodies is a way to show gratitude to our creator and will use my education for just that.

Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. As a health coach and educator, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. My role is to support your body through lifestyle and nutrition strategies while working within a non-medical, educational framework. I encourage all clients to maintain a relationship with a licensed healthcare provider for medical care.

How is this different from seeing a doctor or dietitian?

Unlike a doctor or dietitian, I don’t provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescribe treatment plans. Instead, I focus on day-to-day behavior change, helping you understand how lifestyle, stress, food, sleep, and environment may be affecting how you feel. My role complements—not replaces—conventional medical care.

What kinds of concerns can coaching help with?

Many clients come to me experiencing things like low energy, bloating, irregular cycles, trouble sleeping, or difficulty managing stress. While I don’t treat any specific condition, we work together to support your body with simple, natural strategies that promote balance and resilience.

What does a coaching session look like?

Each session is a one-on-one conversation where we review your progress, explore any challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. You’ll receive practical tools and action steps that match your pace and priorities—never pressure or judgment.

How long do clients typically work with you?

Most clients work with me for 3 to 6 months, depending on their goals. Wellness is a journey, not a quick fix. Lasting change takes time, but I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Can I work with you if I'm already under a doctor's care?

Absolutely. Many of my clients are working with a doctor or specialist and choose to work with me alongside that care. I’m happy to support you in making lifestyle changes that align with your provider’s guidance.
